PT MANAGER - With over 20,000 hours of 1-1 coaching under his belt, Ray is one of the most experienced trainers here at Gymbox. He is a fat loss and nutrition specialist who has helped 1000’s of clients achieve life changing results. Whilst he delivers his service in a professional manner, Ray always aims to have fun with his clients and prides himself on his empathetic and friendly approach. Ray was formerly an elite swimmer and has a BSc in Sports Science from the University of Bath.
