The Fundamentals
1 Rep Max is the ultimate test of strength. It's the maximum amount of weight you can lift on a given exercise for one rep. This class will focus on three exercises – the squat, deadlift and shoulder press. These will work on technique, movement quality, and will build you up to your 1RM.
Calisthenics
Incredible strength. Impeccable skill. Switching between progressive and regressive holds in Statics sessions and colossal conditioning circuits in Reps class, it’s a programme to get you pushing and pulling your way to peak fitness. Show up, step up. Join the calisthenics movement.
Hyrox
A combination of functional exercises and cardio endurance makes HYROX training unique and yet still attainable for people from all fitness backgrounds. The classes are catered for both those wanting to compete in the next race with tapered programming and those who just want to try something different.

All about the long sweaty sesh? If you like functional training, look forward to skill work and love a good solid slog…this endurance class won’t fail to deliver. Dishing out a longer metcon to prolong the burn, there’s minimal stopping once we start. Just a flat-out workout to get your t-shirt twice as heavy in half the time.
Swingers Club
Switch up your functional training with a kettlebell workout that builds endurance, increases strength, burns fat and blitzes every muscle group in your body. Whatever level you’re swinging at – your body has better be ready. You’re leaving this sweaty session with a bit more than you bargained for.
Strongman
Tyre flipping. Log pressing. Sled dragging. If there's heavy sh*t you've ever wanted to lift, push or fling, we're about about to make all your dreams come true. Bringing together many of the disciplines used in competitive Strongman, this is cardio with a heavy twist. Grunting optional.
B.O.L.T
Whether you're new to the weight room or have your eye on competing, come refine your skills in Basic Olympic Lifting Techniques.
Rowingwod
For full-body fitness, row is all you need to know. Dive in the deep end with a hardcore workout that tightens up your technique, perfects pacing and helps you unlock your body’s natural biomechanical speed. Sure, we like to get a bit sciencey. But with expert instructors to guide you, you won’t be without a paddle.
Functional Bodybuilding
A wise Austrian terminator once said that the best activities for your health are pumping and humping. While we can only promise one of them, we’re going to make sure that single rep is the best of your life. It’s all about quality over quantity – nailing your movement and time under tension to build strength and technique.
Tumbling
Let’s get ready to tumble. It’s You vs Gravity in the class that arms you with the spectacular skills to build your mobility and conquer the floor. Whether you’re a dancer, gymnast, cross fitter or just fancy doing something that looks cool as hell, come learn the holds, rolls, cartwheels and flips to up your tumbling game. Through progressions, regressions, circuits and sequences, crack the somersaulting smackdown every athlete needs in their life.

Rest, recover, repeat. That’s the name of the game in your interval sessions. We’re gonna get your lungs burning, your muscles screaming and your heart rate soaring before you can rest. Smash reps to failure. Battle through metcons. It’s mind over matter in the class that cracks the toughest of nuts.

Testing your strength, building your skills as well as an intense sweat, WOD Squad is split into three styles of class to alternate each day, we’re helping you vary your fitness journey with different physical and mental experiences to keep your workout fresh (even if you’re not.) You’ll know it’s been a heavy day when you’re feeling this emotional. In these sessions you’ll need your head in the game, psyching yourself up for a big lift or a hard sprint interval – but that’s just a small part of the whole thing. Expect to clang weights, bang barbells and rack up RPMs like you’ve never done before.
Gymnastic Conditioning
Flip the bird to boring workouts. Welcome to skill-based gymnastics training for anyone who gives a tuck about building strength and full-body fitness. Kipping it heavy on the conditioning, you’ll learn floor work techniques for handstand walks, muscle ups, rope climbs and give your body a right good pommelling.
Rucking
Want to get adventurous? Strap on your weighted backpack because we’re going Rucking al fresco in a hybrid class that makes weighted training an action adventure. Hitting both the city streets and a sweaty rig sesh, it’s the military-inspired workout that gives you a full-body seeing to. You’ve never had a ruck like this before.
